Hi, I’m Alicia Hexham.

I help clients get back in control of their health using a full-body assessment and simplified solutions that work with their specific goals and lifestyle.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a specialized focus on autoimmune health, allergies and food sensitivities, weight management, digestive & GI tract issues, optimizing thyroid health, and strengthening children’s immune health. I have been on the other end of chronic poor health, where I was desperate for answers from practitioners but also felt like it was a never-ending battle of searching for those answers, while also spending a small fortune on a promised “cure” that never seemed to work. I ended up taking my frustrations of not finding solutions that worked for me, and put it into becoming my own researcher and health advocate that finally allowed me to figure out what triggers were causing my chronic migraines, weigh gain, exhaustion, and joint pain. Once I regained my health, I now make it my mission to help clients heal from their own health triggers, using my vast knowledge of holistic health, being committed to finding answers to their health obstacles, and providing them accountability when making healthy changes.


My Approach

I do not offer gimmicks or one-size fits all solutions. I work with clients by focusing on three pillars of health achievement: Knowledge, Empowered Choices, and Conscious Action. This format is what allows for individualized health plans and goal-setting, as well as creating long-term success in their overall health.

Knowledge

The first step in my approach is the focus on collecting information you that is specific to your health goals, lifestyle, and dietary needs. The next step is educating you on what your symptoms mean and the proper ways to help balance your body, improving your symptoms, and overall health.

Empowered Choices

The next step is where I provide diet, lifestyle, and supplement advice that allows you to start the healing process in your body. Empowered Choices comes from you learning what your body needs and allowing you to decided, with my guidance, on accountability goals to get you there.

Conscious Action

Conscious Action occurs as you make daily actions in meal planning, sleep habits, and stress management, while also allowing you to continue to be in control of your overall health in the future.
